Founded in 2009, Baynet İnşaat operates across Turkey in renovation, construction, villa building, and restoration. From our inception, our goal has been to build not just physical structures, but lasting values. Construction Projects
Palladium
Our project area consists of 7,500 m² land, including 15 commercial units and 66 modern apartments of various sizes. With its special architectural design, unique materials, and automation systems, it is designed for the comfort and safety of residents.
Baynet Terrace
The construction area is 23,000 m², comprising 116 residential units and 3 commercial areas. The project includes various types of duplex apartments ranging from 1+1 to 4+1.
Twin Tower
The project area is 21,174 m² and consists of two blocks with a total of 104 apartments and 4 commercial units.
Vadi Zekeriyaköy
The Vadi Zekeriyaköy project consists of 5 blocks and 20 luxury villas located in Sarıyer, Istanbul. It features advanced infrastructure, security systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
Koru Zekeriyaköy
This project includes 4 blocks and 16 boutique residences designed with unobstructed forest views and various modern amenities like underfloor heating and smart home systems.
Aura Zekeriyaköy
The project consists of 2 blocks and 6 villas featuring advanced smart technologies, private gardens, and high-quality architectural design for a luxurious living experience.
Asmin Villaları
The project is established on a 23,000 m² area, consisting of 60 villas: 17 twin and 26 single villas. All villas are designed as 5+1 with spacious interiors. Asmin Villas offer a variety of features including children's play areas, a swimming pool, social facilities, smart home systems, dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms, laundry rooms, and more.
Ayyıldız
Ayyıldız Residences is built on a 10,000 m² plot, comprising 177 apartments in 4 blocks and 35 shops. The project, with an investment of 100 million TL, offers a range of 1+1 to 4+1 apartments from 70 to 300 square meters, providing numerous permanent living spaces that are technically and aesthetically superior.
